    Key Responsibilities

    1. Client Support

  • Provide dedicated support to hundreds of clients using ReminderMedia's digital advertising and lead generation services.
  • Troubleshoot ad account and connection issues within
  • Meta Business Suite

    and

    Ads Manager.

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of
  • high‑quality lead generation

    through digital campaigns.

  • Continuously refine strategies to maximize client outcomes.
  • Optimize campaigns for
  • conversions, audience targeting, and geographic relevance.

    3. Quick & Effective Ad Creation

  • Create and optimize ads swiftly and effectively to meet client deadlines and ensure campaign impact.
  • Proactively test new ad types, platforms, and lead sources.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to expand our service offerings.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and video conferences with clients to troubleshoot accounts and improve performance.
