About The Job

We are seeking a highly driven Expansion Manager to expand Tether’s growth and presence in Perú through adoption of its solutions, products and services. The Expansion Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and navigating regulatory landscapes. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies in Perú and across the region. Occasional international travel is required. The ideal candidate is a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in business development, market expansion, and partnership management.

You have :

• A degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in setting / monitoring KPIs.
• A proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• A history of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
