Description and Requirements
The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and business operations of the Services Business across all Latin American geographies. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Business Leaders, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives. The Controller will also act as a liaison between HQ and regional finance teams, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and driving the achievement of financial and business targets. Key Responsibilities : Business & Financial Management
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the Latin America Services Business.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results in accordance with corporate standards. Stakeholder Support
Partner with Business Leaders, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to provide actionable financial insights.
Support business leaders with data-driven analysis to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure financial alignment across departments. Process & Policy Governance
Provide guidance to HQ and regional finance teams on financial processes, controls, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements across all geographies.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Performance Management
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Lead initiatives to achieve financial targets and operational goals.
Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives with financial expertise. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in a multinational services organization.
Strong understanding of Latin American business environments and financial regulations.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred). Key Competencies :
