Base pay range

$95,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Litigation Secretary to support attorneys and paralegals at a reputable law firm in Los Angeles. This role involves performing complex secretarial and clerical duties that require a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals.
• Prepare, format, and file legal documents in compliance with court rules.
• Manage document filing and service deadlines for both federal and state courts.
• Maintain and organize case files and correspondence.
• Utilize legal software tools to draft, edit, and manage documents.
• Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation in all communications.
• Coordinate with court personnel and other legal professionals as needed.

Required Skills & Experience :

Compensation : $95,000 to $110,000.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
