Community Manager Position
We are a leading international company seeking a skilled Community Manager to join our team.
The position offers a competitive salary of S / . 2,700.00 per month, with the option to work remotely or on-site.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and engage with the community.
- Design graphic pieces using tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
- Develop creative content (copys, microhistories, scripts for reels) applying storytelling techniques.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content, maintaining an organized calendar for multiple services and professions.
- Monitor digital trends and create innovative ideas to connect with potential clients.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate periodic reports to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
Requirements :
Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.At least 1 year of experience managing social media for health sector brands or insurance companies.Visual criteria and sensitivity for medical and operative content.High level of organization to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.What We Offer :
