GMSA Peru Assistant Product Quality Manager - APQM

Work Mode : Hybrid. Requires on‑site presence 3 times per week.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

You will be the voice of the customer within GM, ensuring that the product reaches the final customer according to the company’s quality standards, and overseeing the condition of vehicles stored in GM yards. You will focus on achieving flawless launches and providing effective and timely solutions to reported issues, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s objectives in terms of market share, quality, and profitability.

• Leading Product Development Quality (PDQ) activities, including testing (CTF, CoL), PQRR coordination, and supporting vehicle launches.
• Managing Warranty Incidents and Costs, performing root‑cause analysis, and coordinating with dealers and internal teams.
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and preservation in GM yards, ensuring optimal conditions and readiness for sale.
• Coordinating field actions and campaigns, ensuring vehicles are released in optimal condition.
• Conducting audits in storage yards and dealerships, identifying emerging issues and ensuring compliance.
• Handling parts logistics, including requests, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and actively participating in related initiatives.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Education

Experience / Knowledge

Proficiency in problem‑solving tools (FMEA, Six Sigma).
