Country Manager – Peru
An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a global consulting firm specializing in agile and customized culture and talent development solutions. We are looking for a Country Manager to join this global organization.
Main objectives
The Country Leader – Peru is responsible for ensuring the growth, profitability, and positioning of the organization in the Peruvian market, guaranteeing sustainable commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the commercial strategy for the organization in Peru, aligned with the regional plan.
- Ensure the achievement of the country's sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and retention.
- Represent the organization before clients, partners, and strategic allies, strengthening its positioning in the local market.
- Oversee the proper execution of commercial proposals, margins, and negotiations, ensuring profitable decision-making.
- Lead, support, and develop the Peru team, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and high-level consultative performance.
- Ensure clarity in priorities, workload distribution, and focus on results.
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and professional development support to consultants, in coordination with HR.
- Foster the organization's culture by promoting connection, recognition, and alignment with organizational values.
- Actively participate in strategic projects.
- Ensure the technical and strategic quality of client deliverables.
- Serve as a technical and methodological reference for the team, promoting excellence in project execution.
- Supervise local operations (billing, contracts, regulatory compliance, resources, and logistics) in collaboration with administrative areas.
- Coordinate with regional management to ensure alignment in strategies, communication, and priority management.
- Monitor key country indicators, preparing reports on results, pipeline, and team performance.
- Ensure the correct implementation of the organization’s processes, SOPs, and corporate policies.
