Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HR administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry in Workday to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and share compensation reports with key stakeholders, ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to guarantee smooth delivery of employee services.
  • Compile and submit information for compensation and benefits benchmarking and related analyses.
  • Manage offboarding activities, including termination documentation, exit surveys, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multicultural and international environments.
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Preferred : Prior experience in HR administration or accounting functions.
