LinkIT is looking for talent to lead its marketing organization. As such, the marketing manager will serve and interact with several stakeholder in and out of the company.
The Marketing Manager fulfills two primary functions :
- For our clients (brands), companies to which we provide services, he / she will be responsible for proposing, locating, and executing marketing initiatives seeking positioning and especially creating demand for their products in the region. The work involves permanent collaboration with the clients' marketing teams to understand available resources and initiatives. These must be put to the service of the sales objectives and general internationalization plan of the brands in LATAM. The phase of execution of marketing actions also manages the relationship with the marketing teams of local business partners which will extend the scope of the initiatives to be executed.
- Generation of new clients. The marketing manager function directly supports the management of the consulting firm with initiatives to obtain new clients.
Responsibilities
Propose, locate and execute marketing programs for our clients in LATAM.Manage the marketing budget, seeking the greatest growth of the sales pipeline (Creation of opportunities) and other business objectives.Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities and adjust strategies as necessary.Coordinate with the marketing areas of the clients - brands - to use the available resources, adapt them according to regional needs and support the commercial management and growth of business opportunities.Work closely with the marketing teams of the brands' business partners, creating synergies with their own strategies and ensuring the coherence of joint campaigns and distribution of information.Maintain a communication strategy with potential prospects and business partners that facilitates the dissemination of messages to open spaces for conversation with prospects, and ensures continued support from our business partners.Create / localize relevant content for various platforms, including the website (landing page), social networks and emails.Maintain and segment the database of prospects and business partners to carry out effective marketing campaigns.Coordinate with partners to organize joint initiatives, including traditional and digital marketing activities, co-branded campaigns, and participation in events such as webinars, conferences, and industry events.Plan, coordinate and supervise digital and traditional marketing campaigns.Support the capture of new clients through their identification and analysis, as well as maintain presentations and nurturing processes.Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or HigherMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Software sectorExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and clear contentKnowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platformsDesirable : Previous experience working in the LATAM region or international marketsAdditional languages (Portuguese)Knowledge of the software or cloud market – or any of its segments – in the regionExperience with collaborative work and negotiation between departments and different stakeholders, especially during the execution phase of marketing campaignsLocation
Face-to-face requirement 1 time per fortnight. This position can be placed in Lima (Peru) or Medellin (Colombia).
