Job Overview

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Service AI) . You’ll be part of a talented and experienced team, building software that leverages machine learning and automation to engage with customers via email, text, and chat. This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth.

Please note : you must have at least 6+ years of experience as a software engineer and the ability to share a code sample and give a walkthrough to be considered for this role.

Experience

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node, Angular, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, SQS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to create Unit Tests that provide sufficient test coverage (80% to 100%).
• Knowledge of front-end debugging with browser developer tools.
• Comfortable with the Linux command line and Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Have solid written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive work attitude.
• Initiative and drive to do great things.
