Finance Manager – Peru
Reports to : Head of Finance
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance operations in Peru. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting and finance expertise, hands‑on knowledge of Peruvian statutory and tax regulations, and the ability to streamline processes. This role ensures compliance with SUNAT and other local regulatory bodies, manages payroll systems, and oversees all aspects of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Peru finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain in‑house payroll systems
- Manage all SUNAT matters, including queries, timely submissions, and regulatory updates
- Prepare and file tax submissions in compliance with Peruvian laws and liaise with taxation authorities
- Provide financial insights and reports to regional and global leadership
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring full corporate and regulatory compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in financial systems
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA (or equivalent) preferred4–5 years of relevant finance / accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial roleERP experience required (Odoo preferred)Proven track record in implementing and managing payroll systemsStrong knowledge of Peruvian tax laws, SUNAT regulations, and compliance requirementsExperience managing tax submissions, audits, and authority queriesFluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish proficiency requiredStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; able to work independently and within a global teamWhat We Offer

How You Will Contribute
Manage finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions, potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning / forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting / analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a manufacturing plant, plant cluster or hub.Support a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant. Position Summary
We are looking for a bilingual (English / Spanish) Commercial Finance / FP&A Manager to continue building an elite team to drive financial planning and strategy at Paysafe Latin America.
Responsibilities
Build and own projection models for topline.Get insight as to key cost elements.Assume leadership role in management of the annual budgeting process, coordinating the inputs and interactions with various stakeholders.Work hand‑in‑hand with commercial team to evaluate account management or business development initiatives and apply business judgment & financial insights to assist with decision making in special projects or deal support.Support the FP&A Leader in preparing internal / external financial reports, monthly financial analysis materials, Board of Director materials, quarterly forecast updates and perform ad‑hoc financial analysis for the organization.Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long‑term strategic initiatives and business plans.Basic Qualifications
