About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy and dynamic Intake Specialist to speak to potential new clients. This individual will be responsible for taking all incoming calls, qualifying leads and signing new clients as quickly and effectively as possible. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth intake process for clients. You will play a vital role in the initial phase of the case by gathering necessary information, confirming documentation, and ensuring that the case is set up correctly for further action. You’ll be one of the first touch points for our potential clients and set the tone for the business relationship.
The hours for this position are from 8 PM to 6 AM CST, 5 days a week (including weekends).
Requirements
- Take incoming calls, e‑mails, and texts, and determine if the potential new client meets the firm’s criteria for the advertised tort.
- Articulate the value proposition, overcome objections, and, if qualified, persuade the lead that their best chance of achieving the desired result is by retaining our firm.
- Schedule appointments as necessary for client callbacks.
- Respond, engage, and qualify all leads and inquiries in a timely and determined manner.
- Qualify an ever‑increasing % of leads, and improve efficiency over time through training, real‑world calls, and constructive feedback based on recorded conversations.
- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations by phone, e‑mail, text, and other effective tools (i.e., meeting customers where they are).
- Have a firm grasp on our client contract to address all client questions.
- Develop an expert and constantly evolving understanding of the torts we are advertising.
- Ensure that everyone who contacts the firm for help is better off for having done so.
- Set our attorneys up for success with new clients by gathering pertinent information and entering it into our CRM.
- Work with your lead to continue honing your qualification skills based on their feedback and subject‑matter expertise.
- Maintain and run accurate reports and share insights specific to your KPIs, which include but are not limited to conversion rates, appointments scheduled, and appointment show rates.
- Never stop learning about our business, clients, services, competitors, and how they tie together.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic phone presence.Either previous successful sales experience, debt‑collection experience, or a strong desire to begin a highly successful sales career.Experience in personal injuries.Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.Natural curiosity and passion; a lifelong learner.A consistent, high‑energy attitude with a strong, self‑driven sense of motivation.Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis.Positive attitude.A team player who serves as a bridge between our offices.Benefits
