The role

We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for multiple accounts. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for roofing industry clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both Google and Facebook Ads campaigns and be eager to learn our client’s unique program and campaign setup. This role is hands-on and does not require managerial responsibilities but demands exceptional attention to detail and accountability for campaign performance.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required. Home service experience is a plus.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies for Facebook and Google Ads, tailored to the roofing industry.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A / B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
