Project Manager SAP

Requirements

• Professional with extensive experience of more than 5 years in SAP ERP and SAP S/4 Hana consulting, leading greenfield and brownfield implementation projects (rollouts), and SAP solution improvement, as well as experience in SAP integration with other platforms, preferably with certification in SAP Activate or in the MM, SD, FI/CO modules.
• Preferably, have provided consulting services to industrial, mining, and oil & gas companies.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, financial management, preferably with certification in SAP Actívate or in the MM, SD, FI/CO modules.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOOK, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Experience in advising financial management and SCM and dealing with all levels.
• Advanced English level.

Functions

• Assume leadership and management of implementation and/or improvement projects for SAP MM, WM, SD, PP, PM, and FI/CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules and, in particular, management reports with indicator and dashboard management.
• Provide functional support to the areas involved, warehouses, production, transportation, finance, and other related areas.
• Ensure that the solutions delivered comply with the business scope definitions and quality standards in their implementation.
• Prepare project charter documentation, process surveys, and user requirements following best practices in project management.
• Propose improvements to the project monitoring process that enable the achievement of quality, scope, budget, and time objectives.
• Prepare and support project progress and risks before the respective technology and functional management teams, proposing mitigation actions.
• Participate in various corporate committees to support the status of the project and any changes in scope.
