A growing, acquisitive insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Senior Regional Finance Manager to support continued expansion and operational scaling. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights and partnering with leadership during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
The Senior Regional Finance Manager plays a critical role in guiding financial strategy, decision support, and compliance across a designated geographical platform. As a member of the regional leadership team, this individual provides strategic financial oversight to ensure alignment with both platform-specific and broader company objectives. This role will report to the Director of Finance and also offers key visibility to the SVP, with regular opportunities to present insights and communicate key financial drivers to support informed strategic decisions. Planning, Analysis, Reporting & Controls
- Lead the creation and management of detailed budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking financial models, ensuring consistency with the company’s strategic goals.
- Track financial performance against forecasts, identify key variances, and work closely with business leaders to understand root causes and trends.
- Deliver actionable financial analysis and insights to guide leadership in operational and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and communicate financial dashboards, reports, and analyses that clearly highlight performance drivers and financial health.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for leadership.
- Ensure all reporting complies with both internal policies and local regulatory standards.
- Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and working directly with internal and external auditors.
- Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to mitigate risk and drive value.
- Oversee the region’s cash flow and liquidity needs, ensuring efficient capital usage.
Business Collaboration & Strategy
Work cross-functionally with regional and corporate teams to support major business decisions and strategic planning.Serve as a go-to advisor for financial matters, building strong relationships and helping shape business strategy through finance.Clearly present financial results, trends, and projections to senior executives, board members, and other internal stakeholders.Coordinate closely with centralized finance functions—such as accounting, corporate FP&A, treasury, and shared services—to ensure cohesive execution of financial priorities across the organization.Contribute to key growth initiatives such as M&A activity, joint ventures, and regional expansion.Conduct financial modeling and impact assessments for potential investments and long-term opportunities.Continuously seek out ways to simplify finance processes, leverage technology, and improve reporting capabilities.A Fuller Description Is Available

Compensation is gravitating in the $190,000 - $200,000 range on the base but flexible depending on experience
