The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. You’ll manage systems data for clients, provide day-to-day solutions and security compliance, oversee a queue of assignments, and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. You’ll have opportunities to broaden your knowledge base or specialize in a specific sector, and you’ll be encouraged to share your expertise by recommending modernization options, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with other teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ivanti ITSM tools with hands-on administration, including Accesses, Roles, Templates, Workflows, Forms, Rules and Objects, Service Catalog, Service Levels, Reports and Dashboards.
• Implement and monitor technical solutions and services; ensure security compliance and high-quality service delivery.
• Apply strong ITIL knowledge to manage Change, Service Request, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management; ITIL fundamentals certification is preferred.
