Business Continuity Manager- LAM [28 / 09 / 2025]...

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the Global Security & Business Continuity core principles of Predict, Prevent, Respond, Recover across (MCL / TbM / MGFE / MbM). Implement overall Business Continuity and Crisis Management strategy in region including Policy and Standards.
• Support and implement Resilience training programs and create Regional improvement plans.
• Implement, and maintain business continuity strategies to ensure operational resilience across the region.
• Ensure the organization's ability to deliver critical logistics operations during and after disruptions.
• Implement and coordinate Crisis at Lv2 as primary or secondary lead as per direct manager.
• Lead the Predict and Forecasting efforts in the region.
• Facilitate the development and execution of regional business continuity plans (BCPs) aligned with the global resilience framework.
• Conduct business impact analysis (BIAs) to assess critical operations and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business units to implement resilience strategies and continuity solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential operational vulnerabilities in region.
• Coordinate and facilitate continuity and crisis management training, exercises and simulations in alignment with CEN.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulatory and industry standards.
• Act as the regional point of contact for continuity planning.
• Act as primary or secondary Coordinator of Crisis Management Teams at Lv2
• Deliver timely reporting to regional Leadership, direct manager and CEN Security & BR
• Serve as a liaison between corporate resilience teams and regional business units.
• Develop and maintain risk registers for regional operations in collaboration with the business.
