Overview

We are seeking a Programmatic sales leader to join our growing advertising team. This role will be instrumental in scaling a premium, non-linear, ad-supported streaming experience by connecting advertisers to audiences through advanced targeting, automation, and cross-platform storytelling.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in programmatic advertising and addressable media, particularly within streaming, CTV environments, advanced TV networks , or programmatic platforms such as DSPs / SSPs . Experience in high-performing media sales roles at holding companies, independent agencies, or across global / multi-market client solutions is highly valued.

This role calls for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and client relationships—and is ready to help shape the future of non-linear advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive programmatic and addressable ad sales efforts, with a focus on non-linear digital and streaming environments.
  • Build and deepen relationships with media agencies, programmatic buyers, and Fortune 500 brands.
  • Translate complex ad tech capabilities—such as household-level targeting, auction mechanics, and identity-based marketing—into impactful, outcome-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ad ops, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to help shape scalable advertising offerings.
  • Lead client presentations, RFP responses, and campaign strategies that showcase the value of premium streaming inventory.
  • Stay ahead of media buying trends and help clients unlock opportunities through automation and advanced audience segmentation.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to both internal stakeholders and external partners, championing a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain and grow a high-value book of business, while consistently exceeding revenue goals and delivering measurable results for clients.

Key Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a strong emphasis on programmatic , addressable TV / CTV , and non-linear advertising .
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, data onboarding, auction dynamics, and targeting technologies.
  • Proven experience selling into agency trading desks, programmatic teams, and advanced TV buyers.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of streaming or CTV media solutions in a high-growth, evolving landscape.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill technical solutions into client-friendly narratives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across complex organizational structures.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or global accounts is a plus.
