• , we aim to increase our impact to over 200+ schools throughout the region, shaping mobilizing leaders who transform their communities into more prosperous places.Role Mission : Innova Schools is looking for a visionary and action-oriented leader at the intersection of education and innovation, with the skills and passion to lead the design, development, and implementation of transformative learning and teaching initiatives across the network.- Own Innova's Educational Model : Serve as the "guardian of Innova's Educational Model", ensuring the high-quality design and continuous evolution of its key components to drive excellence in teaching and learning grounded on research evidence, Innova's accumulated experience, and the latest advances in education. - Lead innovation strategy in education : Set the innovation agenda and drive the design and development of initiatives to continuously evolve Innova's Educational Model to secure a world-class experience for students, teachers, and school communities. - Pilot new models : Turn insights into high-impact experiments and initiatives, working closely with country education teams and schools to design pilots, gather feedback, and refine. - Bridge innovation and implementation : Actively collaborate with country teams to ensure innovations have clear, actionable implementation plans that reflect each country's unique context, operational realities, and capabilities. - Articulate strategic initiatives : Work across departments to ensure coherence and alignment across strategic long-term educational initiatives, such as 'Personalized Learning'. - Systematize and scale strategies : Develop playbooks, toolkits, and guidelines to drive consistent, strategy-aligned implementation and measurable impact of education strategies across countries. - Define learning platforms : Establish the learning platforms to be used across the network, ensuring they serve as effective enablers of Innova's model. - Benchmark globally : Stay at the forefront of general trends in education, AI and technology; adapt best-in-class practices to Innova's context; and partner with general experts to enrich Innova's model.This role is right for you if : - You have strong leadership skills, able to build trusting relationships with and positively mobilize diverse stakeholders to influence the change agenda, and foster commitment towards a shared vision. - You are a systems thinker who approaches challenges creatively and strategically, thriving in complex and ambiguous environments. - You combine bold imagination and vision with a tenacious focus on execution, capable of transforming innovative ideas into tangible and measurable results, understanding that true innovation only happens through effective implementation. - You are a lifelong learner at heart, with a passion for rethinking traditional education models and continuously experimenting with new ways to deliver high-quality education at scale.- You are deeply user-centered, always seeking ways to improve the lives of students and teachers.Your experience : - At least 10 years of proven experience leading projects at the intersection of education and innovation, ideally within a school system, Ed Tech company, or innovation studio. - Demonstrated track record designing and implementing innovative learning models at scale. - Strong understanding of the education sector and what it takes to transform an existing one. - Fluent in both Spanish and English.This position reports to the LatAm Vice President of Education and will lead and oversee a team.
