RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Billing
- Execute pre-billing tasks in a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool in preparation for month-end billing activities for Professional Services
- Consolidate monthly billing instructions to Finance for customer billing
- Support weekly revenue forecasting reports
- Customer Project and Time-Tracking Administration
- General administration of the E2open time-tracking system to ensure what hours worked by Professional Services resources are captured and accounted for, for billing and downstream metrics and reporting
- Create, update, edit reports and dashboards
- Identify and implement standardized processes and workflows in PSA tool
- Co-manage a ticketing queue for requests related to Professional Services operations, including billing, resource bookings, project configurations and other needs
- Anticipate business needs. Conduct research, analyze data, and develop, manage, and distribute ad-hoc and scheduled reports to meet business needs
- Analyze and manipulate large sets of data in MS Excel
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
- Lead and / or support special projects, as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree from an accredited university in Business or similar field.2-4 years of experience working in business operationsHigh proficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience supporting the billing function in a Professional Services organizationExperience working in Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool, such as PlanView AdaptiveWorkAbility to work well independently and as part of cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsProfessional, positive, and upbeat to both internal and external customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a diverse group of individuals across all levels of the organizationAbility to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization with a focus on scalability and driving significant growthVersatile, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to successfully prioritize multiple projects / initiativesStrong interpersonal and conflict management skillsDemonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issuesAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working in Salesforce and / or NetSuiteProject management experience in the internal rollout of processes, methods and toolsExperience working with global teamsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
