About the role : We’re looking for a Content and Social Media Specialist who can create, design, and manage digital content that enhances the firm’s professional image and strengthens engagement with its audience. The ideal candidate combines strong copywriting, graphic design and video editing skills with an understanding of social media strategy. This role involves developing content that communicates the firm’s expertise in a professional yet approachable way — ensuring consistency across all online channels.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Design branded graphics and visuals with overlays that align with the firm’s professional identity
- Create content calendars and plan regular posting schedules in coordination with the client
- Collaborate with the client for input on topics and messaging, then independently produce creative content
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, engagement, and follower interactions
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and design across all social channels
- Track social media performance metrics and recommend improvements based on analytics
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices for professional services industries
Who are we looking for
3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media managementStrong graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)Proven ability to manage social media channels for professional brands or agenciesExcellent written communication and storytelling skillsUnderstanding of social media analytics and performance reportingExperience collaborating with US-based clients and law firms is preferred.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and provide regular progress updatesPosition and logistics
