  • Description and Requirements
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage projects end-to-end once they have been won, applying recognized methodologies such as PMI standards. + Oversee Managed Services, Deploy Services, DaaS, and Asset Recovery Services projects. + Ensure proper billing processes are followed, including purchase order (PO) creation and invoice management for customers. + Act as a primary point of contact for customers, leading executive presentations and status updates. + Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular reports to stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Qualifications & Skills :
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the technology or IT services sector. + Strong customer-facing skills, capable of interacting with executives and stakeholders. + Solid understanding of project management processes; PMP certification preferred. + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. + Proficient in Spanish (mandatory); English language skills desirable.
