Salary And Benefits

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour

Part-time; 30-hours per week

Compensation : In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Role Summary : St. Anne’s Family Services is seeking a reliable and proactive Safety & Site Operations Associate (Part-Time) to support the safety, functionality, and day-to-day operations of our facility. This hands-on role involves monitoring parking areas, assisting with event and facility setups, supporting safety compliance, and providing occasional front desk coverage. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service and operational efficiency are top priorities.

Schedule : Monday – Friday; 06 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM

Location : 155 N. Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026

Duties And Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce parking policies to ensure proper space utilization, compliance, and safety across all designated areas.

Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and support emergency response efforts, maintaining compliance with entry procedures and facility safety protocols.

Assist with event and facility operations, including setting up / breaking down spaces, moving furniture, and performing light maintenance.

Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors, managing building access, and responding to general inquiries.

Support inventory and shipment tasks, such as receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking departmental supplies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience in facilities operations, parking enforcement, customer service, or a related field

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to handle inquiries and disputes

Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or visitor management systems

Physical capability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs for event setups

Experience in customer service, compliance, or building operations

Bilingual skills (Spanish) for effective communication with community demographics
