Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment. Marvin Land Systems specializes in the design and build of power and thermal management systems. Scope :

The BA will report directly to the IT Application Manager and is responsible for providing Super User and end-user support related to operational issues, configuration & enhancement efforts and key projects. The BA will provide best practice solutions to the business and training in SAP and should have solid knowledge and experience in business processes, problem solving skills and process improvements.

The BA will provide customer service, support issues and ticket requests within SAP in one or more of the following functional areas :

• Contracts & BD
• Program Management
• Operations (back up for primary analyst)
• Depot
• Finance

The BA should be an expert in one or more of the following business processes :
