The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on either 1st or 2nd shift in an automotive production environment. This role ensures efficient workflow, quality production, and adherence to safety standards while leading and developing a team of production workers.

Requirements :

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
• Monitor and optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees to maximize performance and teamwork.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for solutions.
• Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Work with quality control teams to address defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, addressing employee concerns and motivating the team.
