Key Responsibilities :

Help World Vision achieve Our Promise through project management, data analysis & research, business process improvement, and knowledge management. The role involves providing project management, working with managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, and applying analytical skills to understand strategic and operational issues affecting the Our Promise Strategy across Global Field Operations.

Deliver simplification of global processes, procedures, guidance, and standards, ensuring these are accessible through knowledge management. Ensure the voice of the field is heard through coordination and engagement.

Preferred Locations :

Anywhere in the Americas, Asia, East Africa, Middle East Europe, United Kingdom, or other locations where WVI is registered.

Major Responsibilities

Project Management & Coordination (30%)

  • Manage Global Field Operations Initiatives end-to-end.
  • Engage with GFO stakeholders to solve problems and ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Identify risks and support solutions to achieve GFO priorities.
  • Participate in coordination mechanisms and priority groups.

Data Analysis, Research, and Reporting (30%)

  • Support leadership decision-making through data synthesis and analysis.
  • Link data sets and extract insights for operational understanding.
  • Develop briefings and guidance documents.
  • Simplification & Business Process Improvement (10%)

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Determine which processes or systems to eliminate or modify.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge Management & Learning (30%)

  • Track implementation of GFO priorities.
  • Support metrics and develop GFO KM strategy.
  • Maintain GFO Central Site and promote innovation and learning.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Effective computer skills, including advanced Excel, Power BI, and database use.
  • Project management or data analytics certification.
  • At least 5 years in project management and business / data analysis.
  • Additional Qualifications

  • Expertise in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of humanitarian industry and international development.
  • Experience in complex business analysis, data mining, and statistics.
  • Languages & Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.
  • Remote work with early morning / late evening availability.
  • English required; Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred.
