Our Proposal We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer (Backend focus - Ruby / RoR) - We have a proven model, a novel offer, demonstrated product-market-fit, ample runway, and a deep product pipeline. We play in a massive opportunity space, and this role will have an outsized impact on our ability to scale by helping us to build a solid foundation for future growth. You will join a Team of 5 QAs.

• Key Responsibilities : - Test planning - identifying risks, mitigation planning, setting acceptance criteria- Test automation for backend using Ruby, RSpec- Acceptance testing- Exploratory testing- Fuzz testing It can be a perfect match if you have : - English conversacional : - 2+ years of t est automation experience for backend using Ruby / RSpec : - +4 years experience in QA Automation role in a commercial delivery environment- Deep understanding of QA methodologies and techniques- Ability to analyze product requirements and translate them into comprehensive test cases : - Ability to collaborate and coordinate within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment- Ability to wear multiple hats and multitask effectively It would also be a plus if you : - Experience working in Banking, Finance, or a FinTech organization : - Experience within a start-up or scale-up : - Experience within a product-focused environment
