Position : Director of Marketing

Overview :

Aspen Recruiters is proud to partner with a fast-growing technology leader in search of a Director of Marketing to drive brand growth, demand generation, and market expansion. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketing leader who can develop data-driven campaigns, optimize go-to-market strategies, and elevate the company’s presence in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology marketing , expertise in digital and growth marketing, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing, content strategy, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee product marketing , positioning, and messaging to differentiate the company in competitive tech markets.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and CRM integration (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline growth and conversion goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead brand development , PR, and thought leadership initiatives (webinars, whitepapers, events).
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report on marketing ROI to executive leadership.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in technology (SaaS, software, or IT services).
  • Proven success in scaling demand generation and revenue-driven marketing programs.
  • Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, email) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong background in product marketing, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow a marketing team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Base Salary : $200K+ (commensurate with experience)
