Are you a licensed mental health (MUST BE an LCSW with 2+ years of experience in Trauma informed care) professional with strong clinical leadership experience? We are looking for an Assistant Program Director to support operations and drive impact at our facility.

About the Role

As Assistant Program Director, you’ll work closely with the Program Director to supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with DMH standards, and support service excellence across our programs. You’ll step in as Head of Service when needed and help shape clinical development, staff training, and crisis response efforts. This is for Trauma informed care.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee clinical operations and staff supervision
• Provide BBS-compliant clinical supervision (LCSW / LP required)
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Monitor compliance with DMH and Gateways documentation and delivery benchmarks
• Lead program development and group scheduling
• Assist in crisis intervention, emergency coverage, and client assessments
• Collaborate on policies, reports, and cross-functional meetings
