Field Sales Executive Your Responsibilities
- Identify and capture new business opportunities through prospecting and visits to potential clients.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions that drive their growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to design customized proposals for clients.
- Align commercial strategies with the company's objectives, ensuring the development and loyalty of the customer portfolio.
- Maintain an active presence in the local market, participating in events and generating new connections.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOP) that optimize customer management.
- Update and manage the CRM for efficient tracking of business opportunities.
Your Profile
Graduate of International Business, Administration or related careers.More than 3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or related sectors (essential).Solid knowledge in logistics and international transportation.Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and maintain strong client relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.English at an intermediate / advanced level.We offer
