Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on supporting business units to achieve their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our Media roles in LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for PGD, with a focus on attracting top talent, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders globally, and collaborating with the LATAM talent team to fill requisitions quickly while building a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Your exceptional sourcing skills, deep technical expertise, and passion for creating a seamless candidate experience will be key to your success in this role.

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from strategy to closing candidates.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define talent acquisition strategies.
  • Design and implement recruiting programs to generate organic applicants through marketing, referral initiatives, and events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with top passive talent.
  • Source active and passive candidates across various channels and communities.
  • Balance volume and quality in candidate sourcing.
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to optimize TA strategies.
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to improve processes.
  • Contribute expertise on market trends, workforce planning, interview practices, and recruitment processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth / high-performance environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, clear, and compelling in both written and oral forms.
  • Bias for action, high attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Positive, transparent, and team-oriented approach.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
