Base pay range

180,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Controller - Century City (onsite) - $180,000-200,000

We’re a boutique investment management firm seeking a seasoned Controller to lead our accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance functions. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a sharp analytical mind and strong command of GAAP and financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, billing, AP / AR, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Maintain financial reporting systems and ensure timely preparation of internal and external financial statements
• Oversee cash flow, debt payments, and capital expenditures
• Support audits and ensure readiness for internal and external reviews
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic planning and cost optimization
• Uphold internal controls and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations
• Mentor and manage accounting staff across business entities
• Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices
