Overview

The Media Programmatic Supervisor is responsible for campaign management oversight, ensuring proper execution on platforms by managing and auditing campaign activities as needed, and guiding team members. They lead strategically the book of business with multiple clients and agencies, develop a strong performance marketing team, and serve as the primary / secondary contact for escalations. They drive client and agency relationships, ensure resource utilization, and keep stakeholders updated. The supervisor also ensures adherence to tools and processes, maintains ownership of team and client management, monitors performance, and stays ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include participating in brainstorming and status calls, leading tests and performance analysis, coaching team members, and supporting multi-functional efforts with subject matter expertise. They develop and evaluate personnel, manage team utilization, and foster an innovative and analytical mindset. They lead initiatives to design reporting tools, work with Strategy & Analytics on strategic vision, and monitor industry and competitive analysis. They ensure timely delivery of requirements, promote a healthy work environment, and provide administrative and process support. They also oversee daily team performance, identify opportunities, and ensure the team has necessary resources to operate efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or relevant field (Desirable)
  • English C1 : Advanced - Verbal and Written Communication & Presentation Skills (Essential)
  • Mastery in one discipline, with growing knowledge of others
  • At least 2+ years of experience managing search media advertising campaigns
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in DV360, Google Analytics, Jira, PowerPoint, and Project Management Skills
