Los Angeles' leading law firm specializing in Employment litigation / counselling work is looking for Senior Attorneys and Partners!

The ideal candidate will be managing single plaintiff and complex class action / collective action matters, directing defense discovery efforts, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, engaging in settlement negotiations and mediation, and preparing cases for trial and arbitration.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

4+ years of experience defending wage and hour class action cases and / or PAGA actions in California.

Options available to work in the office, fully remote, or hybrid

Drafts legal documents such as notices, discovery, affidavits, subpoenas, preparing trial exhibits, correspondence and more for review and approval by an attorney.

Preparation of deposition summaries for use in mediation and trial.

Knowledge of e-filing procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate with clients, court personnel, counsel, third parties, private investigators, medical providers, experts, etc., and maintains regular contact with all parties.
