What You Will Do
- Translate sales plans into operational sales activities per customer / account according to GTM guidelines (customer categorization).
- Monitor and adapt sales activities regularly to ensure sales objectives and KPIs are consistently met.
- Visit existing customers and identify new prospects according to guidelines and sales processes.
- Understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions using our product and service portfolio.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Deliver training or consultancy where needed to enhance customer experience and usage of our products.
- Conclude sales effectively to meet or exceed revenue and volume goals.
- Proactively research and contact potential clients, building strong, long-term relationships to foster future growth and repeat business.
- Continuously gather and share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity with internal teams.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales visits, opportunities, and activities using Essity’s CRM system.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Trade Marketing, preferably in the mass consumption sector or through distributors.Experience leading sales or trade marketing teams is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills, results orientation, and a passion for healthcare and innovation.More about Location
