TBH Marketing & Consulting Inc. is a boutique marketing and communications agency that focuses on helping clients improve customer relationship management. The company offers services including customer service and relationship management, customer and consumer events, public relations, marketing strategy, branding strategy, media buying strategy, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand each client's unique situation, identify their needs, craft personalized solutions, and support the Sales team in closing deals.
  • Manage client documentation tasks, including case preparation, uploading and downloading batch documents, adjustment plans, employee changes, and payment reminders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Review and verify client adjustment request forms and submissions to guarantee documentation accuracy.
  • Enter and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring data completeness and correctness.
  • Communicate daily with clients via phone (both inbound and outbound calls), maintaining prompt and effective contact to help the department achieve performance goals.
  • Assist clients in gathering required information and act as a liaison between clients and third-party service providers when necessary.
  • Translate documents as required.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of U.S. insurance, finance, economics, or related fields. (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with the policies of client companies, including those related to agents, benefits, and planning. (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical judgment. (Preferred)
  • Able to speak and understand both Chinese and English, with good interpersonal skills. (Required)
  • Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken. (Bonus)
  • Strong psychological resilience, responsible, and reliable.
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness and ability to continuously learn and grow.
