HVAC Technician

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling , located in Peru, IN , is seeking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to service clients' HVAC systems after completing on-the-job training. The position offers a pay range of $45,000-$75,000, depending on experience, with uncapped incentives and spiffs! The typical workday starts at 7 : 30 am and ends based on call volume. We provide excellent benefits including 2 weeks vacation after 90 days (pro-rated), paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, health, vision, dental insurance, work phone, iPad, gas card, take-home van, company-sponsored lunches, events, and a $5000 Sign-on Bonus with at least 1-year experience! HVAC TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS

• Understanding of various residential HVAC systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair error codes effectively
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• At least 1 year of field experience
