• Lead the Accounting and Finance department.
• Develop and oversee the organization's financial strategies.
• Preparation of financial statements and all financial reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to establish budgets and financial forecasts.
• Evaluate and manage financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
• Oversee accounting and auditing operations.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.
• International reporting within the region and to headquarters.

Perfil buscado (h / m)

• Accountant with previous experience in B4.
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a financial leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Experience in the Energy and Natural Resources industry is preferred.
