The SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) project covers core sales order processes, pricing, billing, and localized compliance aspects for LATAM countries. This role contributes to delivering impactful digital transformation with a focus on SD functionalities across various Latin American markets.
Role And Responsibilities
As an SAP SD Consultant at Moventi, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle implementation and configuration of SAP Sales & Distribution modules with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient business processes.
- Analyze, design, and configure core SAP SD processes including order processing, order entry integration, pricing, rebates, master data management (materials, customers, employees), deliveries, credit management, and billing.
- Manage and customize trading contracts, transportation modules including GTMS, and electronic invoicing compliant with LATAM fiscal requirements such as Nota Fiscal (Brazil) and e-invoicing in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Colombia.
- Ensure seamless integration of SD with other SAP components and third-party systems.
- Develop and deliver SAP SD reports and route settlement solutions supporting direct store delivery (DSD) models.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including business users and technical teams, to ensure requirements are met.
- Conduct unit testing, support integration testing, and provide post-implementation support.
This role demands hands-on functional expertise and practical consulting experience, with significant attention to local LATAM requirements which are critical to client success.
Required Skills And Experience
We require a professional with deep hands-on functional experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), ideally with 3 to 5 years actively implementing and configuring the SAP SD module.
Demonstrated expertise in sales order processes, pricing, rebates, billing, deliveries, credit management, and master data management.Proven experience implementing and supporting transportation and trading contract functionalities, including GTMS.Strong knowledge of LATAM localization requirements, especially Nota Fiscal for Brazil and electronic invoicing (Facturación Electrónica) in at least three LATAM countries such as Mexico, Peru, Chile, or Colombia.Familiarity with route settlement and direct store delivery (DSD) processes.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English at least at B2 level, enabling clear interaction with stakeholders and international teams.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset combined with a commitment to delivering quality results.Desirable Skills And Qualifications

Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, FI, or SD-BI.Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Sales and Distribution capabilities and experience in migration projects.Understanding of regional tax regulations beyond the specified countries, broadening the scope of e-invoicing compliance.Capability in documenting business processes and configuring SAP workflows.Prior consulting experience in multinational projects spanning LATAM countries.Benefits
