Overview :

The Wholesale Field Coordinator will be responsible for executing a compelling brand story based on the global visual directive to drive brand awareness, meet sales objectives and maximize profitability across wholesale partners. This role will manage all store team training and development across product knowledge, product selling strategies, brand awareness and visual presentation standards. The person in this role will be responsible for building strong and effective partnerships across all wholesale partners and the VB sales team. You will need to have a well-developed understanding of the VB visual presentation standards and strong business acumen, effectively balancing aesthetics with productivity, and be extremely creative as well as an effective communicator and trainer.

The Preferred Candidate will live in the Los Angeles Area.

Responsibilities :

Visual Merchandising and Profitability

  • Execute Wholesale Directives within territory, ensuring key products are selected and displayed to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure that all seasonal guidelines are planned and executed in accordance with the Veronica Beard vision and expectations
  • Responsible for implementing all VB VM standards, product mapping and brand storytelling to drive sales.
  • Coordinate and maintain wholesale VB Standards including scent, furniture, fixtures, lighting, logo, plant life and prop layer etc. and effectively communicate to key partners based on individual location needs.
  • Be aware of the current state of the business for all accounts, encourage creative selling techniques, and actively drive full price sales, partnering with associates to build sales
  • Conduct competitive explorations and communicate findings across product categories, visual strategies, display and seasonal time cadence.
  • Responsible for communicating product take-ways to appropriate cross functional and corporate departments, including sell-thru, assortment wins and misses, and attending key meetings and line passes to impact product and business in territory.
  • Responsible for reporting all visual and product recaps, and visual impact photos to Visual Brand Managers and Corporate Wholesale Managers in a timely and concise manner.
  • Support display installations, brand activations and scheduling coordination in territory to meet brand exceptions and deadlines.
  • Responsible for managing travel schedule, budget, and communication with wholesale partners.

Customer experience; Events & Activations

  • Responsible for collaborating with wholesale on all brand and product launches, trunk events effectively executing corporate guidelines, PK trainings and signage.
  • Initiate opportunities to build brand awareness, customer engagement and drive sales through events; personal shopping activations and large brand initiatives
  • Lead events across all wholesale partners utilizing the events and visual team to supporting key markets.
  • Coordinate budgets, manpower and product samples to execute all large and small scale events.
  • Training, Development and Communication

  • Train teams on key seasonal brand messages, product knowledge, and selling techniques ensuring our partners are experts on the VB brand.
  • Responsible for training wholesale teams on VM standards, mannequin outfitting, best practices and upkeep; holding all teams accountable to these expectations.
  • Develop DSA’s on core skills to include selling,, brand messaging, visual standards, time + organization and partnership.
  • Craft impactful relationships with wholesale and outlet partners and brand specialists to support global initiates and align on strategies to drive revenue, standards and trainings.
  • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of wholesale field experience in a fast-paced wholesale environment, multi- partner experience ideal.
  • Experience implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards across multiple categories.
  • Experience training teams on productknowledge, brand awarenessand visual exceptions.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time and work a flexibleschedule based on visual executionneeds, ability to drive is ideal.
  • Experience working independentlyand with a team while handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Must have high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, prioritization, organization, time-management, and problem solving skills.
  • The hourly rate for this role is between $24.00 and $26.00. The relevant hourly rate will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications. The hourly rate is just one component of our total compensation offerings, which consist of a comprehensive benefits package as well as a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.
