We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary utility projects —primarily focused on transmission, distribution, substation design , and renewable integration . This role is responsible for managing projects from development through completion, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management capabilities and hands-on experience navigating customer contracts and cross-functional utility projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and manage transmission and distribution projects through all project phases : planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Ensure projects adhere to corporate project management guidelines , controls, and governance processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules , budgets, and scope documentation.
Lead the planning and development of technical and business requirements for assigned projects.
Direct cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and remote / offshore teams.
Monitor and manage project risks , applying mitigation strategies and adjusting execution plans as needed.
Facilitate communication and reporting of project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support customer contract compliance and coordinate deliverables per agreement terms.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

10+ years of progressive project management experience in the utility sector, with emphasis on T&D , substation , or renewable energy projects .

Strong understanding of project controls , cost estimating , and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).

Prior experience with customer-facing contracts , regulatory constraints, and vendor coordination.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex, high-capital infrastructure projects.

Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
