Field Operations Leader / Manager
Job Summary
The Field Operations Manager for theWest Coastleads the training, coaching, and adherence of brand standards within their territory. They are also responsible for strong operational performancefor corporate-owned units within their region, includingleadership development of store teams, attainment of profitabilitymetrics, and positive guest experiences. Lastly, they will heavily support New Restaurant Openings - ensuring cross-functional coordination, impactful training, and positive licensee relationships. This is a field-based role, with remote work and travel (local and national). While the units are closed outside of the Academic Calendar Year, we provide opportunities for professional development such as classes, Culinary R&D support, and Field Training.This role offers a strong work-life balance with ample paid time off, including vacation days you can use during our off-season!
