As part of ERM’s growth in the mining and metals sector and our leadership in sustainability consulting, ERM seeks an experienced leader for the role of Critical Minerals Commercial Leader in the Latam market. This is a Partner-level opportunity with equity for a Principal / Director / VP-level professional to advance their career within our regional Mining and Metals Commercial Leadership Team, in a high-visibility, strategic, and growth-oriented leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have established relationships with mining and metals companies in Argentina, Peru, and / or Chile, along with technical expertise and experience leading multi-disciplinary mine development and mineral processing projects. The individual will drive ERM’s growth by delivering exceptional services, recruiting future leaders, and enhancing our reputation in complex project development. As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to lead with ambition, vision, and expertise.

This role involves advising mining and processing clients across the critical minerals value chain, helping them navigate regulatory, ESG, and stakeholder challenges from early concept to execution. The successful candidate will focus on business growth and strategic partnerships in the critical minerals sector, requiring a market understanding, leadership skills, and business development acumen.
Role Profile
As a Commercial Leader, you will be responsible for selling and consulting across ERM’s offerings to expand our LatAm business. You will network with regional and global technical teams to share market insights and best practices. We seek an established leader with strong consulting, business development, capital project delivery, and team leadership experience.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Lima (Peru), or Santiago (Chile) .
