What Youll Do

Collaborate with a dynamic international team to deliver top-level recruitment services
Create and publish job ads across global platforms
Source and engage with talent via social and professional channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle with care and professionalism

What Were Looking For

6+ months of recruiting experience (international is a plus!)

Fluent in English additional languages are a big advantage

Comfortable using social media, job boards, and recruiting tools

Availability for 30+ hours per week

Strong communicator, self-driven, dependable, and results-focused
