What you'll do

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer's business processes and requirements.
Lead business analysis initiatives, facilitating workshops to gather and document customer needs.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications and documentation.
Led the configuration of OverIT’s suite of products to meet customer requirements.
Oversee, alongside Solution Architects, the successful implementation of the company's product solutions.
Design, execute, and manage functional and integration testing processes.
Develop and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct training sessions for customers and partners to enhance understanding of product functionalities.

What you'll need

Degree in Management Engineering or related subjects, such as Computer Science and Statistics.

Proven experience as a consultant for software organizations (minimum 3 years)

Strong expertise in writing detailed functional specification documents.

Experience defining and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure that developed software meets the specified business requirements.

Proficiency in planning and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems using SOAP & REST web services.

Hands-on experience with SQL to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in projects.

Background in working on complex, international projects with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing consultation roles.

Willingness and ability to travel for domestic or international business engagements.
