The SAP HCM Consultant position is part of our ongoing support team, specializing in payroll and employee management systems, working on critical client environments that require precise maintenance, configuration, and analysis of SAP Human Capital Management modules.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for SAP HCM, resolving tickets related to system issues and user requests.
• Manage tickets effectively, including prioritization, tracking, and follow-up to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
• Execute and manage customizing changes within the SAP HCM system to meet business requirements.
• Perform thorough testing of new SAP releases and support packages to guarantee system stability and compliance with business processes.
• Conduct business process analysis particularly focused on payroll operations to identify opportunities for improvement and support payroll execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of SAP HCM and payroll modules, particularly with expertise in Mexican Payroll processes.

Required Skills And Experience

We are looking for a proactive SAP HCM Consultant with a solid background supporting SAP Human Capital Management modules, especially payroll operations. The candidate must have strong experience in handling second-level support tickets, system configuration, and testing. Essential skills include deep knowledge of Mexican Payroll legislation and processes, enabling accurate and legally compliant payroll execution.

Good communication skills are necessary to interact with clients and internal teams, including a preferable command of English to work within international environments.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving capabilities, and be comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new SAP releases is key to maintaining system excellence and delivering valuable business support.

Desirable Skills

Experience with global payroll processes outside of Mexico and additional SAP HCM modules such as Time Management or Talent Management is a plus.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based HCM solutions would be beneficial.

Knowledge of automation tools or scripting for SAP system enhancements and testing will be an advantage. Certifications in SAP HCM or Payroll are also highly regarded.
