Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Direct Marketing Powerhouse

Join a billion-dollar-plus annual revenue direct marketing company during an exciting phase of expansion. Hybrid position (2-3x / week) based in Woodland Hills, CA.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CFO who can do far more than "count beans." This role is critical to our next stage of growth — driving financial insight, enabling smarter decisions, and ensuring operational excellence. What You’ll Do :

• Partner with founders and executives to strategically shape the future of the company by understanding how sales are made, which products perform, and how the business operates end-to-end.
• Lead all core financial functions — FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, compliance, and lender relations — through a high-performing finance team.
• Drive profitability by analyzing all areas of the business to uncover growth opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Distill key performance metrics that drive profitable, sustainable growth — recognizing that not all revenue is good revenue.
• Build actionable financial models that link marketing spend to specific product performance and customer lifetime value.
• Develop, elevate, and expand the finance team, bringing in top talent and building a scalable finance function.

What We’re Looking For :

The base salary range is $300,000-$350,000, plus dual bonus potential along with employee ownership
