We are a young, dynamic, and growing law firm seeking an experienced and strategic professional to lead our attorney recruiting, marketing, and business development efforts. Our growth is fueled by the exceptional reputations and skills of our attorneys as well as the remarkable successes we achieve for our clients. This pivotal role combines attorney recruiting, marketing and branding, and public relations to drive growth, enhance visibility, and foster internal excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead attorney and staff recruiting initiatives in partnership with law schools and legal industry groups.
• Build strategic relationships to foster a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support onboarding, mentorship, and professional development programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance attorney satisfaction, engagement, and retention
• Marketing & Business Development :
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Develop branding strategies to strengthen the firm’s presence in the legal market.
• Coordinate firm-wide business development efforts, including client outreach and proposal development.
• Public Relations :
• Manage firm communications, press releases, media relations, and community visibility.
• Represent the firm at industry events, legal associations, and public forums.
