Job Description

POSITION TITLE : Desktop Support Technician

POSITION PURPOSE :

Provide technical support for internal desktop systems, both hardware and software. Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user help requests, escalating incidents when appropriate and necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Answer and record support calls, resolving most tickets independently.
  • Configure and set up PCs / Laptops, support remote users, and support peripherals.
  • Create documentation for key products and support multiple OS : Windows 10, Windows 11, MAC OS X.
  • Manage inventory and order hardware / software as needed.
  • Support phone setup and troubleshoot mobile devices via MDM.

Qualifications :

  • Education : High School
  • Experience : 2-4 years in relevant IT support roles

    Salary Range :
