70,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr

Additional compensation types

The Skinny :

Manage all aspects of architecture projects from client proposal and negotiations, Design (SD / DD), construction documents and administration. Includes management of client and internal and external engineering and other resources. This is a hit the deck running position and you will need 5+ years of full project Management experience to be successful in this position.

The Details :

InForm Design (IFD) is an energetic firm looking for a talented individual to help grow our practice. Our work includes ground-up and renovation existing buildings in several sectors including education, retail, financial services, hospitality some residential and others.

Responsibilities will include client proposals and negotiation, site surveying, planning, design development and construction documents, construction administration, site meetings, and direct client interaction. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage all aspects of a project.

Candidate Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Client Account Management requires strong personal relationship skills
• Perform and / or supervise the design and creation of production of design drawings.
• Supervise the work of team members and coordinate documents with clients.
• Coordinate full drawing sets and prepare construction specifications.
• Knowledge of construction materials, details, and methods.
• Understand building code and zoning requirements.
• Motivate and inspire team members throughout the project.
• Proficiency in Revit.
